Steampunk Puppy

This is the Lucktone pup I just adopted; sans the spots because I drew this minutes before my head hit the pillow.

Well, told me not to give him too many deformities Soooooo I put him in a puppy wheelchair.
See, I've been looking at dogs like this by accident because I'm always on a disabled puppy website because my pup might be blind but we're not sure.

So this guy can't use his back legs, but that doesn't slow him down. Though he's not exempt from my pups' mental disorders. He is a little nuts; on the super crazy side. He's eccentric and often mumbles to himself. Oh look at his hat! He's a steampunk aficionado, loving gears and corsets and everything steampunk.
